Beck, Lew - 1947

Lew Beck returned from the war from a leg injury and still captained the 1946-47 OSU basketball team, one of OSU's legendary teams nicknamed the "Thrill Kids." He was named All-American for his dazzling fast play and captained the 1948 U.S. Olympic Team, winning the gold medal.
