Baccalaureate Core

At Oregon State University new students are required to have completed a series of general courses, known as Baccalaureate Core classes (Bac Core for short). Students must complete 48 credits of bac core classes, plus any Writing Intensive Courses (WIC) for their specified major program. The subject areas of these courses ranges from fitness to sciences.
