I rented an apartment from her 2005-2006.
I would rate their maintenance "D". The doorbell didn't work from day one and the response to repair request was "we don't fix door bells". When they do repair things, the work is apparently done by an unskilled laborer and within my experience, none were done correctly. Both the kithen and bathroom faucets dripped. Upon requesting the repair of bathroom faucet, it was fixed right away(since the water bill is included, I think they have an incentive to do so), but cold-hot was reversed. The toilet fill valve developed a problem and took about ten minutes to fill up. They sent someone right away, only to fix one thing and cause another problem. The tank filled up at a normal rate, but the water flow never stopped. It took them a second trip to correct it. It's obvious they never bothered to check the proper completion of repair.

If it is something they have to repair or they have a monetary incentive to do so, they would, but from what I experienced, they cut corners everywhere they can.
