ANTH 210
From OSU Wiki
This is a course that fulfills your Cultural Diversity Baccalaureate Core course. It is a video class. The only times you actually have to go to class is when you have to turn your paper in and when taking the midterm. You can watch the videos online as long as you don't have dial up and you can also watch the videos at the Oregon State University library. This is a hard course to do well in. I would recommend S/Uing this course as long as it is not required for your major or minor. If you are really interested in the history of music this could be a good course for you.

Opinions
- I took this course last year and although it was hard to suceed in this class, I enjoyed it a lot. In order to do well in this class it is critical that you do all the assigned reading, espeically the workbook, and watch the movies carefully. I thought it was especially interesting when we had a section on Tupac. I know there are other colleges that have classes on hip-hop/rap and Tupac and for us to be able to read a book and write a paper on it was something very different than most of the things we have to do.
