Located on Van buren and 21st. The house is very old and outdated. There are 2 real bedrooms upstairs and these bedroom doors are so old that you cannot close or lock the doors and cant be replaced, so an old school latch is used (cannot lock when you leave). There are 3 other self-built rooms. The basement always floods and leaks during rainy months and the landlord refuses to fix it, so be aware of stuff frequently getting wet downstairs. There is NO dishwasher, so washing dishes can be a pain in the ass, especially having 5 people. There is backyard and a frontyard, HOWEVER, he is supposed to mow the lawns but never does, so grass will become over grown unless you do it yourself. Landlord hates it when you have stuff laying on the lawn because he is worried about the health of it, even though he never really actually cares for it. The worst part of this house is the famoulsy hated Landlord, DAVID GREY!!!! He is the biggest unrealistic A-hole person there is. He will fine you for anything, literally!! We have been fined for having possesions on the lawn, almost fining us for having a messy kitchen AND he fined us for a hole in the yard that was all cause by a tree falling down and uprooting the dirt. Caution for those who like parties! We have talked to the campus lawyer about him and they say he is crazy and fines are uncalled for. The ONLY positive aspects of this house is the location, 2 blocks from the main campus. Other than that, i recommend choosing this house as the last resort!! Trust me, there are a lot of complaints about him. DAVID GREY = D-Bag
