This house is a great place to live. There are four bedrooms as well as the upstairs portion, where the owner, Judy, lives. She is extremely laidback and has very few rules in place. As of October 15, 2006, the rent is $300 per month with $50 for all utilities. Residents have access to two bathrooms, two kitchens, a hot tub, back yard, and laundry room. For an extra $7 a month, toiletries are included, namely toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Parking is not a problem, there is enough in the driveway for all cars. Living room area for both floors, upstairs has huge TV, surround sound speakers, and comfortable couches. Rent is month to month, no strict notice is required to leave house. House in close proximity with Borders, Tacotime, Shari's, Baja Fresh, and the 9th Street strip so there are many options for food and jobs. Campus is about three minutes away via drive. Currently, there is one opening for a roommate.
