    • Blockbuster Video-700 NE Circle Blvd and 2479 NW Kings Blvd
      • I like Blockbuster because they have recently started a NO Late Fees policy. Which basically means you get an extra few days to a week to return your rental. That has saved me hundreds of dollars because sometimes I forget to return movies on time. If you keep it past the real due date then they charge a "restocking fee." If you keep the video for 30 days then they assume you want to buy it and so they just charge your account as if you purchased it for the retail price.
    • Hollywood Video-335 NW 4th St and 5278 SW Philomath Blvd
  • Warm Weather Activities
    • Now that spring time is here and the weather is good, I recommend to anyone that they catch an OSU baseball game. Ranked nationally, this is a good team to support since this year has been somewhat of a downer in other OSU sports. The only down fall to having such a great baseball team is the seating arrangement for students. There are only 800 seats available to all of us, so if you are planning on going you might want to think of leaving pretty early. Tickets go on sale for students at 8:30 Monday morning in Gill.
    • The warmer weather during spring term also allows for students to float the Willamete river, starting in south town and floating to Michaels Landing across from the crew docks.
    • There are batting cages at the Benton County fair grounds that are open to the public and a blast for all ages to enjoy.
    • Spring sunshine makes running outside a beautiful experience in Corvallis! There is a nice path along the waterfront on 1st Street, or down along the river banks at the park. Also, for anyone who is in training, there will be a 5k called Sophie's Run run in honor of Sophia Gerding on April 29, 2006. It is a great way to help kids with Williams Syndrome as well as get in shape for the upcoming Summer marathons in Portland!
    • The disc golf course in south town down rivergreen I believe is the street that it is on but it is a nice course as soon as the cut the grass and it very fun if you havn't tried disc golf you need to.
    • Go to Avery Park and have a barbeque with friends, it is a great park to enjoy outside activities such as volleyball or frisbee preferrably in the warm weather.
    • For all of you shoppers try downtown corvallis, there are some really cute clothing stores, one of my favorites is West Moon.
