View Pages Link

Hot Topic:
No

The View Pages link in the navigation is a quick and easy way to view all of the pieces of content on your site. It also gives you the ability to view or edit any of these pages.

After the short introductory paragraph, this pages starts with a drop down box which allows you to filter out pages that have been successfully published or not. If you wish to have all content be displayed, regardless of its published status, then select <All> from this drop down.

Page List

After this drop down is the list of your site's content, presented in a nice table format. It is possible to sort each column by clicking on the column heading. Clicking on the heading a second time will reverse the sorting. For example, clicking on the title heading will sort the titles alphabetically (A-Z) and clicking on it again will sort the titles in reverse alphabetical order (Z-A). Clicking on the heading again will reverse the sorting back to ascending.

The first column is the id number that Drupal uses to differentiate between every piece of content. The second column is the title for each page listed. This would be a good column to sort by, making it easier to find your page by its title alphabetically. The title is also a link to the content allowing you to quickly view the page. The third column is the type of content. The next two columns are for the created date and the last-modified date.

The last column presents actions which you may take on the content. If you have the permissions, you can access the edit page or you can delete the content from here.

Beneath the table are page controls, if your site has more than 10 pieces of content. You can quickly navigate to the first or last page, as well as the next or previous page.
