Please Note: Elementary and Middle School visits are now hosted by Precollege Programs. You can send a request for their tour via the following links:
The Campus Visitor Center at OSU can provide information and tours to prospective students about the options available at Oregon State University. We offer groups a guided walking tour of campus and a general information session about the university. So as not to overwhelm the campus community, we prefer groups limit the number of participants to no more than 40. To provide you with the best possible visit, we request at least two weeks to make arrangements. The Campus Visitor Center cannot accommodate more than one group visit per day.
The typical group visit will include: a guided tour of campus with a current student and a presentation from an Admissions Officer. The presentation will include information about the University, how to prepare for college, the application process and aspects of financial aid. Arrangements for visiting other specialty units at OSU, which provide outreach to visiting groups, are not made through the Visitor Center. Such arrangements should be made between the group and the department directly. The Office of Admissions is not able to provide lunch or transportation for group tours.
