Oregon State University will certify your OSU courses; your other institution will certify its own courses.
You must provide the OSU Registrar’s Office with your OSU academic advisor’s approval for courses you enroll in at the other institution.
Approval may be a copy of your schedule from the other school signed by your OSU advisor indicating that the courses will transfer to OSU and apply to your degree program. An email from your advisor to the Registrar’s Office that includes a list of the approve courses is also acceptable.
Once approval is received, OSU will send a Parent School Letter to the other institution, which permits the other institution to certify your enrollment in those courses.
