UHDS Dining Plan Dollars give you the flexibility to eat at any of 17 dining venues in Arnold Center, Marketplace West, McNary Central Dining and Bing's Cafe.
To eat in other campus dining locations, students may add money to their OSU Card Cash via their MyCard Account. Students spend on average $250 per year in card cash.
UHDS Dining Dollars are non-refundable; any remaining dining plan balances will be removed at the end of the contract period.
Residents (residence hall only) are responsible for monitoring their UHDS Dining Plan card balances each term. If the dining plan provides more than they need, it is the resident’s responsibility to change to a lower plan that better fits their spending patterns.

Additional Information:
- Residents are responsible for checking their student accounts around the 5th of each month for charges, statements are not provided. Unpaid balances as of the 1st of the month are considered past due, and will be assessed interest at the rate of 1% per month (12% APR). You are responsible for paying fees by the deadline even if you do not receive a bill.
- Make your payments online or at the cashier's office in Kerr Administration Building.
- Halls and Coops open on 9/20/09, which is the date charges begin. Vacation break periods and early arrivals are not included in the contract periods. Residents who need to remain on campus may arrange to stay in vacation break housing for an additional charge of $16.50 per night. Break periods include Winter Break (12/12/09 - 1/3/10) and Spring Break (3/20/10 - 3/27/10).
- Term and annual rates are calculated based on the days of occupancy. Fall term consists of 83 days; winter and spring terms consist of 76 days. For dining spendable dollars the year is divided equally between terms.
- Double as singles requests are granted only if space is available.
