Accessibility Information
Oregon State University and University Housing & Dining Services (UHDS) are committed to providing equal opportunity to higher education and programs for academically qualified students without regard to physical or mental disability.
If you are a student with a disability and you are considering enrolling at OSU and living on campus, or if you are a currently enrolled student, you should contact the Director of Disability Access Services as early as possible to receive the full benefit of services available. Services are provided on a case-by-case basis. The types of services provided are dependent on the nature of the student's disability. UHDS work closely with the Disability Access Services (DAS) office in providing housing accommodations that meet individual needs. Students interested in living in accessible spaces in UHDS must first fill out the Disability/Special Needs Request Form and submit it to the Disability Access Services Office. The DAS staff will make the decision as to the type of space needed and consult with UHDS staff to make the final room assignment.
Disability/Special Needs Request Form
If you mark the "Physical Limitations" section on your housing application we would ask that you please complete the Special Needs Request Form below.
