Family Housing Prices
Monthly rent and electricity charges are billed through your OSU student account. Rent amounts generally stay the same throughout one school year [July through June]. Annual rent increases typically take effect on July 1st each year. Electricity is billed at the commercial OSU rate according to your actual monthly meter reading.

Traditional Units
- One-bedroom units (480 sq ft): $430
- Two-bedroom units (624 sq ft): 468
- Three-bedroom units (756 sq ft): $505
Terrace Units
- One-bedroom units (825 sq ft): $570
- Two-bedroom townhouse and loft units - (825-1000 sq ft): $634
- Two-bedroom ADA flat - (825-1000 sq ft): $591
- Three-bedroom units (1100 sq ft): $742
