Living in the residence halls or cooperative houses can be one of the best ways for students who want to experience the OSU culture while in the Degree Partnership Program (DPP). Whether you are taking classes at a near by community college or on the OSU Corvallis campus, University Housing & Dining Services can support your academic needs and keep you connected. Once you have been admitted, click here to apply.
We are pleased to offer affordable housing in a supportive environment for Degree Partnership Program students with families. Our 107-unit apartment complex at Orchard Court is situated on the northwest corner of campus, within easy walking and bicycling distance of other campus facilities. Most schools, shopping areas, places of worship, and other community services are within minutes by car or bus.
Students taking classes on the OSU Corvallis Campus during their Sophomore year or above are also eligible to live in the newly renovated residential facility called The Gem. This is a residential facility that is privately managed, but contracts with OSU to serve as a unique environment for upper-division undergraduate students and graduate students. Contact the Gem staff directly for more information.
