OSU Conference Resources
The Office of Conferences and Special Events is located in the LaSells Stewart Center on campus. If you need help planning all aspects of your event on or off campus, the professionals at LaSells Stewart Center provide a full range of conference services, including:
- Reserving meeting rooms and auditoriums
- Pre-event planning
- Agenda or program development
- Financial management
- Instructor support
- Marketing, publications, and promotions
- On-site event management and logistics
- Planning receptions or special events
- Arranging for guest transportation and tours
- Coordinating on-campus housing and food service arrangements with UHDS and other caterers
- Reserving and setting up audiovisual equipment and recordings
- Meeting rooms and banquet facilities are available at:
