Pot roast braised with tomatoes, carrots, onions, celery, mushrooms, garlic, rosemary, thyme and bay leaves and served with a pan jus.

Italian sausage and ground beef meatloaf served with a sweet tomato and lemon topping. 

Bourbon Marinated Beef Top Sirloin (minimum order-20 guests)                                     $14.95 per person
Top sirloin marinated in Bourbon seared then baked and sliced. Served with an amber ale horseradish cream sauce.

Herb seasoned, slow roasted turkey breast with a juniper and rosemary jus, served with roasted red potatoes, green salad and rolls.

Chicken Cacciatore...$9.95 per person
Braised chicken with peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions and herbs; served with risotto, green salad and rolls.

Chicken Marsala...$10.95 per person
Pan seared chicken breast with sautéed mushrooms and shallots, in a rich marsala reduction sauce, served with chèvre mashed potatoes, green salad and rolls.

Chicken Picatta...$9.95 per person
Italian herb chicken breast seared and topped with a lemon-caper sauce. Accompanied with wild rice, green salad and rolls.

Etouffee...$9.95 per person
Hearty tomato cream cajun style stew served over red beans and rice, with chicken or tofu. Substitute shrimp for $2.00 per person.

Mexican Style Bufftes:

All Mexican style buffets served with spanish rice, choice of refried pinto beans OR black beans and a crisp romaine salad with tomato, red onion, carrot and cabbage served with ranch dressing and cilantro lime vinaigrette.

Street Tacos (minimum order-20 guests)                                                                         $9.95 per person      Choose From: Pork Carnitas, Carne Asada, Pollo a la Parilla OR Portobello Musshroom. Served with corn tortillas, chopped cilantro, diced onions, salsa verde and salsa roja.

Fajitas (minimum order-20 guests)                                                                                   $12.95 per person   Choose From: Carne Asada, Pollo a la Parilla OR Portobello Mushroom. Served with flour and corn tortillas, lime cumin sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheddar jack cheese and grilled onions and peppers.

Southwest Style Quinoa Stuffed Bell Pepper (minimum order-5 guests)                         $10.95 per person    Roasted bell peppers stuffed with Bob's Red Mill quinoa and rice with black beans, corn and green chilies mixed with enchilada sauce and cheddar jack cheese.

Italian Style Buffets

All Italian style buffets served with garlic bread and a chopped romaine salad with tomato, pepperoncini, red onion, Kalamata olive and sliced cucumber served with Italian dressing, oil and red wine vinegar. 

Substitute Gluten Free Penne Pasta to any of the Pasta Specialties for $2.50 per person

All Polynesian style buffets served with steamed jasmine rice with soy sauce, island macaroni salad and banana bread.

Huli-Huli Chicken (minimum order-20 guests)                                                                  $11.95 per person     Chicken slow simmered with brown sugar, soy sauce and ginger served with teriyaki sauce and Sriracha sauce. Served with seasonal stir-fry vegetable.

Red Curry and Coconut Chicken Stir-Fry (minimum order-20 guests)                              $11.95 per person           Slow simmered chicken with coconut milk, red curry and seasonal vegetables stir-fried and served with Sriracha sauce.

Spicy Hoisin Beef Stir-Fry (minimum order-20 guests)                                                     $12.95 per person          Slow simmered beef with roasted red peppers, scallions and garlic garnished with sesame seeds and served with Sriracha sauce.
