Huli-Huli Chicken (minimum order-20 guests)                                                                  $11.95 per person     Grilled Island Style Chicken Marinated in brown sugar, soy and ginger served with teriyaki sauce and Sriracha sauce. Served with seasonal stir-fry vegetable.

Red Curry and Coconut Chicken Stir-Fry (minimum order-20 guests)                              $11.95 per person           Slow simmered chicken with coconut milk, red curry and seasonal vegetables stir-fried and served with Sriracha sauce.

Spicy Hoisin Beef Stir-Fry (minimum order-20 guests)                                                     $12.95 per person          Thin strips of beef stir-fried with red peppers, scallions and garlic, finished with a spicy hoisin sauce and garnished with sesame seeds served with Sriracha sauce.
