When you open the door to your room in a residence hall or cooperative house at Oregon State University, you are also opening the door to your future.
OSU residence halls and cooperative houses (co-ops) provide convenience as well as many opportunities for you to meet people from around the United States and the world, develop new friendships, and enjoy the camaraderie of dining with friends. In these comfortable and dynamic living environments you can improve your leadership and teamwork skills while becoming involved in living group and campus activities.
How to Apply
- Step 1 - Apply for and gain admission to OSU and/or the OSU Degree Partnership Program
- Step 2 - Fill out one of the UHDS housing applications (you will need an active ONID account):

Residence Halls and Cooperative Houses
- Hall/Co-op Application: 2009-2010: For new students who plan to live on campus in the residence halls or cooperative houses during the 2008-2009 academic year.
- Summer Session 2009: Summer session will be available in West International Hall.
Student Family Housing Apartments
- Family Housing Application: For students with dependent children, spouses, or partners.
The Gem
- The Gem is a privately-managed facility geared to graduate and upper-class (non-freshmen) students. Please go to The Gem's website to apply.
