Professional Interests

    Primary professional work is focused on the marketing of on-campus living to prospective students and leading the assessment and diversity initiative efforts in the department. Additional interests include the study and practice of improving organizational effectiveness.

    Examples of recent and current projects include development of a comprehensive diversity audit and plan for department; development of a unique departmental image; and work on a PhD in Education with an emphasis in community college leadership.
