Fall Housing Assignments Update
As the Fall 2010 term nears, we understand many new students are still awaiting housing assignments or still considering applying to live on campus. UHDS staff anticipates high demand for on-campus housing this fall due to the increase in total enrollment for OSU. As such, we will be limited with the availability of our permanent spaces for all new students, but still anticipate being able to accommodate those who are requesting space in temporary locations. This may include converting some study room spaces to student rooms and assigning roommates to Resident Assistants (RAs). Our assignments office is working daily to assign students to open spaces, and many will know their placements within the coming days or weeks. If you have specific questions, please contact our Assignments Office at 541-737-4771.
Preparing for Fall Arrival at OSU
For many incoming OSU students and their families, the summer before their fall term arrival can be one filled with numerous questions including those about housing and dining logistics. UHDS staff will be sending out detailed information later in the summer, but for those wanting an early start, please check out our online Move-in Guide. As always, give the UHDS staff a call if you have questions not found on our website at 541.737.4771
