Executive and Audit Committee of OSU Board of Trustees to meet

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Executive and Audit Committee of the Oregon State University Board of Trustees will meet on Monday, Sept. 12.
They will discuss the annual compliance and ethics program review; the university risk management topics assigned to the committee; the 2016 board assessment results; the 2017 committee work plan; and strategic and integrated marketing and communications.
The meeting will run from 10 a.m. to noon in the B211G conference room in Kerr Administration Building, 1500 S.W. Jefferson Way in Corvallis. It is open to the public.
The agenda and meeting materials will be posted as they are available at http://oregonstate.edu/leadership/trustees/meetings.
