CORVALLIS, Ore. – Registration is open for an online course called “Mastery of Aging Well,” offered by Oregon State University.
The six-week, interactive course runs April 5 through May 10, and covers practical, research-based solutions to many of the issues related to aging, including memory, depression, medication, diet and physical activity.
Sharon Johnson, an associate professor at the Southern Oregon Research and Extension Center, leads the course, with participation occurring online in an electronic format. Cost for the course is $225. Classes are held once a week and last for two hours. Enrollment is limited, so early registration is recommended.
