Mulligan, who has been at OSU for more than 10 years, oversees Oregon State's physical plant, environmental health and safety and facilities planning. She also helps coordinate the construction program for the main campus and has been involved in projects totaling more than $130 million, including the new forest research laboratory, The Valley Library expansion, the Child Care Center, and the Family Study Center.
