AA Search Advocate - Community of Practice Meetings 2018-19

Description

The Search Advocate program hosts monthly Community of Practice (CoP) meetings during the academic year (November through June in 2018-19).  Each meeting carries one SA continuing education credit.  For the 2018-19 academic year, all meetings will be held in Kidder 202 so they can be live-streamed to statewide participants and recorded.  Most meetings will be organized around a general topic, with time for dialog and discussion of current challenges and questions, as well as opportunities to provide input about SA program development and enhancements.

If your typical work location is in Corvallis, we ask that you attend in person if possible, since much of each session will be informal and discussion-based.  If your work location is off campus, you are welcome to attend in person OR to connect by WebEX.  Those who indicate they plan to connect by WebEX will receive connection instructions shortly before the meeting.

Light refreshments (but not meals) will be provided for those who attend in person--please feel free to bring your own food if you would like anything more than a light snack or dessert.  We ask that you pre-register so we have an accurate count for refreshments AND that you cancel your registration if your plans change.
