What's New in ArcGIS 9.3 for Experienced ArcGIS Users

This is NOT an introduction to GIS.

This workshop is for folks who are currently using ArcGIS 9.2 or 9.1 and want to know about new features and changes in ArcGIS 9.3. This workshop is not a beginning GIS class!! You need to already have experience using ArcGIS 9.x.
