He had his right front leg amputated a year ago August. We also did some chemo, and he was a fighter. He ran and played fetch and swam every chance he got up until the day he died. He was a very special hero of ours.
I too am an ovarian cancer survivor of 12 years. Bless all of you who are researching and trying to help our canine and feline friends, who are so much a part of our families.
