World Car Free Day - Wednesday, Sep. 22

On Wednesday, September 22, OSU will join Corvallis and people across the globe to participate in World Car Free Day – a time for individuals and communities to come together to explore the benefits of walking, biking, and using public transit to get us where we need to go.
Whether you’re looking to save money, reduce your energy use, or simply enjoy the health and social benefits of being car free, you are invited to participate in Car Free Day. There will be activities at various sites throughout the day, culminating in a Car Free Day Festival at the Wednesday Farmers Market (3:00 to 7:00 pm at 2nd and B), with plenty of food, music, information, and entertainment.

Get involved off campus: visit the Corvallis Car Free Day website and Take the Car Free Day pledge!
