Criteria:

Leader of the Year: (Online form) (.doc)

• Must be a registered OSU student
• Must be taking more than 6 credits
• Must be a member of the S.E.E.D.S. community
• Must have held office during period nominated for
• Served at least one term in the role nominated for
• Must demonstrate success in building teams, providing opportunity to promote creativity, growth of the organization, and contributed to the development of membership/community
  

Member of the Year:(Online form) (.doc)

• Must be a registered OSU student
• Must be taking more than 6 credits
• Must be a member of the S.E.E.D.S. community
• Be an active group participant for at least one term
• Must not have held office during period nominated for
• Must have participated in group events
• Must be committed to the welfare of the organization
• Show a willingness to go above and beyond what is expected
• Must have contributed to the growth and development of the organization

Risk Taker of the Year: (Online form) (.doc)

• Must be a registered OSU student
• Must be a member of the S.E.E.D.S. community
• Must be taking more than 6 credits
• Must have shown effort in advancing student goals
• Must have taken action or promoted an activity that is not conventional
• Must have enhanced, developed, or promoted discussion around an issue
  

Advisor of the Year: (Online form) (.doc)

• Does not have to be a faculty member
• Must be an advisor in the S.E.E.D.S. community
• Must be in a role to advise committees, groups, organizations
• Must be an active participant
• Encourages and facilitates development of student leaders and organization members
  

Organization of the Year: (Online form) (.doc)

• Must be a registered student organization at OSU in the S.E.E.D.S. community
• Set and accomplished goals
• Provided opportunity for growth and development of members
• Engaged with University processes and resources
• Provided service to OSU community
• Active in recruiting new members
• Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and fun

• Must be organized by an organization in the S.E.E.D.S. community
• Provided a unique experience for the OSU community
• Set and accomplished goals
• Provided opportunity for growth and development of members
• Engaged with University processes and resources
• Provided service to the OSU community
• Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and fun
