Robin Ryan has helped ISOSU restructure the organization, and this year, she has helped us bring the organization to our maximum potential. She has guided us to work together and build relationships with our affiliate organizations. She comes to as many meetings as she can, checks up on us in the kitchen during food prep, and has several meetings each week with the leaders of our organization to make sure things are running smoothly. Robin is understanding, passionate, and extraordinary. When people make mistakes, Robin always encourages us to learn from them. By doing this, the leaders in ISOSU, as well as all other student leaders our organizations learn from the past, and try not to repeat them. This is one reason why ISOSU is so successful today. Robin always makes an extra effort to reach out to those involved on campus as well as those who are not necessarily involved directly with the activities here on campus.
