The Student Affairs Student Leadership Initiative (SLI) is a committee of OSU Student Affairs staff interested in collaborating to increase the availability and visibility of opportunities for student leadership development at OSU. Mission:

To create a context in which we can promote and support the development of leadership capacity among students throughout the OSU community in an effort to draw students to a point where community and personal development emerge. Through process exercises and an open and caring environment, the initiative has formed a multidisciplinary, multi-departmental community with a common goal: to develop a comprehensive, inclusive leadership program for the students of OSU.
