Student EmploymentPosition DescriptionStudent Staff Position Description PDFThe Student Involvement (SI) student staff members are paraprofessionals who, individually and as a team, support fellow students and the OSU community in information/referral, event planning, organizational and leadership development. The SI student staff will provide and expand services and support for student organizational development and event planning, facilitate leadership development programs and increase campus awareness of involvement opportunities. The SI student staff works to expand the resources provided to students through all elements of the Student Involvement community. SI is looking for responsible, open-minded and motivated students who want to enrich the diverse campus community through support and mentoring of other students. SI Staff Peer Advisor Training Class:All successful candidates will be required to participate in the SI Staff Peer Advisor Training Class (AHE 407, 2 credits) during spring term. This class will be held on Wednesdays from 3-4:50pm. If you are unable to fit this into your class schedule, please contact Melissa Yamamoto for alternatives.
