Student Conduct and Community Standards (SCCS) has launched new academic integrity initiatives to address issues of academic dishonesty at Oregon State University. SCCS launched the new Blackboard Academic Integrity Course Winter Term 2012 for students found responsible of academic dishonesty.
SCCS has worked in collaboration with other campus departments, including Teaching Across the Curriculum (TAC) and The Valley Library. The results of these collaborations are SafeAssign and Academic Integrity websites (for both students and instructors). Both of these resources are an excellent source for information regarding plagiarism prevention and citation assistance.
