Vice Provost for Student Affairs Susie Brubaker-Cole is calling upon community members to engage in the division's strategic planning process.
Set in the context of the university's Strategic Plan 3.0, the 2016–2020 Strategic Plan for the Division of Student Affairs (final draft available here) outlines the geography of our future work to foster transformation in the students we serve. The course we chart will be energetic and adaptable to support the ever-changing landscape of higher education.
To make the greatest contribution to students success, the division sought feedback from community members on the direction of the strategic planning process. Over 200 individuals, including staff, faculty and students, provided feedback through an online form or one of our feedback sessions.
The vice provost distributed a revised draft for additional review by the division in February, and a final plan is scheduled for distribution this spring. The new strategic plan will be launched in summer 2016.
Thanks to all who have made their voices heard and supported student success by participating in this process. Your continued engagement in this process is greatly appreciated.
