NUFP Alum

DJ Zissen

DJ was in the NUFP program for 3 years. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Oregon State University’s College Student Services Administration Program with an Assistantship in University Exploratory Studies.

DJ graduated in June 2010 with his Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences with an option in Human Services. He then worked at Office of International Admissions. While he was a NUFP Scholar, his mentor was Melissa Yamamoto.

 

Kim McAloney

Kim was in the NUFP program for 1 year. She is currently working in the Office of the Dean of Student Life at Oregon State University.

Kim graduated in June 2012 with her Masters of Science in College Student Services Administration from Oregon State University. She also gained her Bachelors of Science from OSU in Ethnic Studies. While she was a NUFP Scholar, her mentor was Larry Roper.

 

Patricia Lim-Pardo

Patricia was in NUFP program for 3 years. She is currently working at Oregon State University with Student Leadership & Involvement

She graduated in June 2012 with her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with an option of Health Promotion & Health Behavior. During her time as a NUFP Scholar, her mentor was Mamta Accapadi.

 

Sophie Wilson

Sophie was a NUFP scholar for 3 years. She is currently pursuing her Masters at Oregon State University’s College Student Services Administration Program with a Graduate Assistantship in Student Conduct and Community Standards.


She graduated in June 2012 with her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences with an option in Human Services. During her time as a NUFP Scholar her mentor was Janet Nishihara.

 

Joe Briden

Joe was a NUFP scholar for 1 year. He is currently an intern at Intercultural Student Services through OSU’s PROMISE program.

He graduated in June 2012 with his Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology with an option in Archeology. During his time as a NUFP Scholar, his mentor was Eric Hansen.
