Waste Reduction Projects Coordinator

Amanda spent the majority of the last year volunteering with the waste reduction group, heading several large projects toward the end of spring term. This is her first year working with the SSI as a coordinator.  She is a second year student majoring in Chemistry, and is intending to teach at either the high school or college level. She is a self-described nerd, with a passion for the environment. During the summer, she gets outdoors as often as possible. On a typical weekend during the school year, you can find her hanging out with engineers for a while, followed by a Saturday night of playing Dungeons and Dragons.
