Taro Nakano is the Financial Administrative Coordinator at SSI and is a second year candidate in Master of Business Administration.
Finance and Administrative Coordinator
As the Administrative Assistant, Lindsay works with the Program Facilitator and the other coordinators to make sure the SSI is running smoothly. She has been involved in sustainability related activities for many years and feels that the SSI is an incredible resource for the OSU and Corvallis communities. Lindsay is a graduate student in the Department of Anthropology, studying Bio-cultural Medical Anthropology with a focus on women's, reproductive and maternal-infant health. She aims to stay within academia as a professor of anthropology in the future. In her free time, Lindsay prefers to be outside as much as possible and loves biking, hiking, camping, reading, taking pictures, swimming and the farmers market!
The Financial and Administrative Coordinator (Administrative Coordinator) will be a support staff position for the Director(s) and other SSI staff focused primarily on purchasing and financial tracking for the program. He/she will also provide additional programmatic support where needed and when requested. He/she will be an employee of the SSI, receiving direction and supervision from the SSI Director(s). He/she will work with other SSI staff in the Student Sustainability Center (SSC).
