Registration and Recognition Overview

Registration for new and returning clubs & organizations for the 2012-2013 academic year is Friday, May 3, 2013!  All registration materials, approvals and confirmations must be completed by that date.  Registration for the next acadeic year will open during summer, 2013.

Below and in the menu to the left, you will find detailed information and links about each form required for recognition and how to move through the process of submission.  

The following information is required and should be submitted via the student organization database.  The links below will direct you to information detailing what is needed to complete the respective information.  Go directly to the Student Organization Database to Register for the Current Academic Year.

  1. Organization Information Form (OIF)
  2. Constitution and/or Governing Document (to be uploaded when completing the Organization Information Form)
  3. Risk Assessment (VSO & SSO only - accessible through the student organization database after the OIF is submitted)
  4. Sponsorship Agreement (SSO only - accessible through the student organization database after the OIF is submitted)
