Below is the budget presentation schedule, it is separate from our weekly meeting schedule.
Monday, Jan 28th in the MU Journey Room from 6-9pm the SIFC Admin/AABC and Associated Students of OSU budgets will be presented.
Tuesday, Jan 29th in MU 213 from 6-9pm the Counseling and Pyschological Services and Student Health Services budgets will be presented.
Saturday, February 2nd in the MU Journey Room at 2:00pm the Memorial Union will present their budget.
Monday, February 4th in the MU Journey Room at 7:30pm Athletics will present their budget. *Educational Activities has been moved to a later time*
Tuesday, February 5th in MU 213 the Student Sustainability Initiative will present their budget at 6pm and Our Little Village will present their budget at 7:30pm.
Wednesday, February 6th in the Mac Classroom at McAlexander Fieldhouse from 6:45-8:15pm the Associated Students of Oregon State Universty (ASOSU) will present their budget.
Saturday, February 9th in the MU Journey Room Student Diversity will present their budget at 2pm and Recreational Sports will present their budget at 3:30pm.
Monday, February 11th in MU 213 Educational Activities will present their budget at 7pm, and Music will present their budget at 8:30pm.
Tuesday, February 12th in the MU Ballroom from 5-9pm the SIFC Open Hearing take place. All budgets will receive a final approval for their set fee level.
Wednesday, February 20th in the MU Lounge from 7-9pm the ASOSU Joint Session will meet to approve SIFC fee levels.
Our general schedule is to meet Wednesdays in MU 212 from 6:30-7:30pm, and not meeting 1/23 or Dead week. However, due to budget presentations, it will be common for us not to meet during those weeks. Please check the schedule to stay updated.
