Nominations for these awards are now being solicited. OSU has a highly qualified faculty, and we depend upon you to facilitate nominations for these awards. Please encourage nominations from your unit. Specific information, including nomination deadline, for each award can be found on the Awards Summary Table. All nomination material must be submitted no later than February 11, 2014 to: Faculty Recognition and Awards Committee, c/o OSU Faculty Senate Office, 107 Gilkey Hall, Corvallis OR 97331-6203.

In completing nominations, please remember the quality of supporting materials is very important. Please select supportive materials carefully. Letters should address the specific criteria for each award. When a candidate is nominated for two awards, a complete set of supportive materials must be submitted which specifically address the criteria for each award. Nominators are urged to make sure the supportive materials clearly indicate that the candidate fulfills the exact requirements for EACH award specified. See guidelines for suggestions on putting together an effective nomination packet. Do not place nominations in folders or binders; staple each copy in the upper left-hand corner. If you have questions or need assistance, please contact Dave Berger, or 737-2636.

Award recipients will be notified in late spring, 2014.
