E. INFORMATION ITEMS
- Voter Registration Drive
A team coordinated by the Associated Students of Oregon State University Executive Director of Government Relations is working on a Voter
Registration Drive, and their goal is to register 1,680 students to vote this summer! In order to reach the goal, team members are requesting
the first five minutes of class time to register students to vote. They would like to complete 190 class presentations during the summer, and
they recognize this can't be accomplished without the help of the OSU faculty. Please help engage students on issues of accessibility and
affordability for Higher Education by scheduling a five-minute presentation.
Please contact Nagini Reddy at reddyn@onid.orst.edu or at 503-957-9159 to schedule a class presentation time.
- Interinstitutional Faculty Senate Recap
The June 8 and 9 IFS meeting recap will be forwarded separately from the agenda as a written report.

Annual committee/council reports submitted by Faculty Senate chairs are due July 15 to allow committees/councils to fully report their
activities through June 30. Annual reports will be published on the Faculty Senate website.
- Vacancies
Please notify the Faculty Senate Office if a sabbatical, leave or retirement will prevent you from completing your term as either a
Senator or Faculty Senate committee/council member. If you are away more than one term, exclusive of summer term, a replacement is
required. This information will assist us in identifying a replacement. Senators and committee/council members immediately continuing on
a 1040-hour appointment may retain their position as long as the temporary appointment continues or until the end of their appointed/elected
