- Install Elected Officials
Installation of President Paul Doescher; President-Elect Leslie Davis Burns; new Executive Committee members: Kate Halischak, Joe Hoff, and Kim McAlexander; Interinstitutional Faculty Senate Senator, B. Starr McMullen; and newly elected Faculty Senators.
- Approval of Parliamentarian
Approval of Michael Beachley, Department of Speech Communication, as Faculty Senate Parliamentarian.
- Academic Regulations Revisions
Ron Keil, Academic Regulations Committee Chair, and Kent Kuo, Registrar, will present for approval revisions to the following Academic Regulations:

Legislative Reports
Representative Sara Gelser and Senator Frank Morse will each report on legislative issues, including those that will affect higher education. There will be time for a question and answer session.

- Strategic Plan - Phase II
Acting Vice Provost Becky Warner will present background information and key elements related to the Strategic Plan and President Doescher will lead a discussion related to proposed revisions to the Strategic Plan.

Faculty Senate Calendar
Faculty Senate meetings for 2009 have been scheduled from 3:00-5:00 PM on the dates indicated below. At this point, all meetings, except May, are scheduled in the LaSells Stewart Center Construction and Engineering Hall, but Senators are advised to check the monthly agenda to determine the meeting site.

Strategic Plan Forums
All faculty and staff are invited to attend the Strategic Plan Forums on the following dates:
January 20, 2009: 9:30 - 11:00, MU Journey Room
February 12, 2009: 1:00 - 2:30, MU Journey Room
The January 20 forum will be video recorded, and made available via web viewing.If you are unable to attend the forums, input may be submitted to OSU.Provost@oregonstate.edu.
