NIH Public Access Rules
Faye Chadwell, Associate University Librarian, will explain the new NIH Health Rules: Public Access Mandate to NIH-Funded Research.

Interinstitutional Faculty Senate
Kate Hunter-Zaworski, Interinstitutional Faculty Senate Senator, will present a recap of the April IFS meeting.

Intercollegiate Athletics Budget
Todd Stansbury, Associate Athletic Director, will present an update of the Intercollegiate Athletics Budget.

DISCUSSION ITEM

Student Evaluation of Teaching (SET)
President Ciuffetti will facilitate a discussion regarding the SET (Student Evaluation of Teaching instrument). To assist in the discussion, the form has been linked to the agenda - front and back. There are two issues to be discussed: 1) which are the preferred components of the SET form to be used for promotion and tenure, and 2) to get a sense of the Senate regarding faculty satisfaction with the current SET form.

Committee Interest Form
Faculty are encouraged to electronically complete the Committee Interest Form to indicate a preference for serving on University and Faculty Senate committees and councils. When possible, Faculty Senate committee/council members are selected from those who respond to the Committee Interest Form. Please consider volunteering for committees; faculty may select three university committees and three Faculty Senate Committees. Standing Rules for each Faculty Senate committee/council are available for viewing online. Please contact the Faculty Senate Office if you have difficulty accessing the form.
