Sponsor Certification and Assurance Forms

All federal sponsors require that certifications and assurances be filed when a proposal is being submitted for funding. Some sponsor certifications are part of the cover page while other sponsor certifications are separate forms. Most of those sponsors have their own certification and assurance statements. The OSU Institutional Authorizing Official signs all certifications and assurances.
