How do I save my form to my computer?
All of the forms that you’ve submitted or have in draft can be viewed and saved to your computer as a PDF file. Once logged into the system (see How do I login?), select “My Declaration” in the left-hand navigation panel. In the drop-down menu, select “View All.” All of your declarations will be listed with options to “View” (view the form online), “Print” (open a PDF version that can be printed or saved to your computer) or view the “Status” of the form (details of the form’s review).
