MyDegrees

Colleges are being implemented in phases, with approximately three colleges in each phase. Phase 1 went live to Advisors in the Colleges of Business, Science, Engineering, International Programs and Honors College in August 2010. 

Phase 2 went live to Advisors in the Colleges of Health and Human Sciences, Liberal Arts, and Forestry in January 2011.

The Colleges of Agricultual Science, Education and Oceanic and Atmospheric Sciences was completed for advisors in Winter term, 2011 

All undergraduate students were able to use MyDegrees at the beginning of Spring term, 2011. The final phase of the project includes the following:

• College of Pharmacy programs were completed in July 2011.
• Athletic Eligibility checking is being tested and will go live in the fall of 2011.
• Implementation of the WebTreQ software, which allows transfer students to compare their transfer courses to OSU degree programs and receive an audit of the status of their degree progress will be available early in 2012. Some required system enhancements won't be available until December 2011.
