Clearing undergraduate degrees
Advisors from each department and college work with the Registrar's Office each term to clear students who are candidates for graduation. The procedures for clearing degrees using the MyDegrees system are explained in the advisor course called "Introduction to MyDegrees". Information about this course can be seen here.
Below are two documents that provide an overview of the process. One is a flowchart of the clearance procedure and the other one is a graphic that shows the responsbilities of the student, the advisor, and the registrar and what occurs after grades are posted for the term.
