Apply to Attend Commencement Ceremony
Go to infosu.oregonstate.edu. After you login, click on the "Student Records" link and choose "Apply for Commencement & Diploma Delivery."
You must be a graduate (or anticipated graduate) of Summer 2008, Fall 2008, Winter 2009, Spring 2009 or Summer 2009 terms. The deadline to RSVP for Commencement 2009 is April 30. Contact the Registrar's Office at 541-737-4331 or visit the office in 102 Kerr Administration Building if your plans change and you are unable to attend the ceremony. Should you decide not to attend the ceremony, you may pick up your diploma at the Registrar's Office beginning June 15. To have your diploma mailed, please fill out the diploma mailing form.
