Diplomas

Oregon State University graduates receive their diploma at the June commencement ceremony.

Students unable to attend the June commencement ceremony may pick up their diploma at the Registrar's Office approximately three weeks after the term has ended. Spring term graduates may pick up their diploma the Monday after the ceremony.

Students unable to pick up their diploma either at the ceremony or after their term of graduation may submit a letter to the Registrar's Office requesting their diploma to be mailed. In the letter the following should be included:

• Name
• OSU identification number (9 digits)
• Degree type
• Term degree was awarded
• Mailing address
• Signature
• Check or money order payable to OSU for the mailing fee.

The mailing fee is $25 within the United States and $40 outside the United States.

Request for Duplicate Diploma

Students may submit a letter to the Registrar's Office requesting a duplicate diploma. In the letter the following should be included:

• Name
• OSU identification number (9 digits)
• Degree type
• Term degree was awarded
• Mailing address
• Signature
• Check or money order payable to OSU for the mailing fee.

The Duplicate Diploma fee is $40. Processing time is 6 to 8 weeks.
