Women’s resistance training workshop
Join us on Tuesday, Oct. 30, to learn some resistance training tips and benefits and get a free resistance tube!
Our women's resistance training workshop will be offered twice on Oct. 30: from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.
