The window to submit a Payroll Deduction Form has passed.

Payroll deduction will become available again in September and will be due the first Friday in November. Our payroll deduction form can be used to purchase an annual or 9-month membership. We divide the cost into seven equal payments to be deducted from your paychecks from November through May.

Note: Payroll deduction for long-term membership is a package commitment and cannot be stopped except for documented illness, injury, or relocation out of Corvallis.
