Free sports conditioning every Monday & Wednesday
If you’re looking for structure, motivation and results-driven workouts to boost your level of fitness, sports conditioning is the class for you!
Sports conditioning occurs 4 p.m. – 5 p.m. every Monday and Wednesday from Sept. 17 to Dec. 5 at McAlexander Fieldhouse. The class is a boot camp style workout, including the following elements:
- Interval training
- Full-body strengthening
- Core workouts
- Obstacle Courses
- Sport-related exercises
Class will venture outside on select days, depending on the weather.
